Megan Thee Stallion breaks the Internet every time she shares a new workout video with the world – and for a good reason! Her fitness routine is as intense as it gets, and she finally spilled the tea and shared all her workout secrets in a recent interview with Billboard.
Stallion was never too secretive when it came to her workouts, and she offers a lot of pointers in her viral videos. “Savage” rapper is obviously a huge fan of weight training, and she opened up about other fitness routines she enjoys in a recent interview with Billboard.
“I love boxing. I love anything HIIT [high-intensity interval training]-wise. I love pushing myself… I feel like you feel like, ‘Oh my gosh, I did it,’ and now you can reward yourself. Working out just feels super rewarding. I feel very accomplished after I work out,” she explained.
The Grammy-winning rapper, who took some time away from music to focus on “healing” earlier this year, also opened up about the positive impact that fitness had on her mental health. Stallion told Billboard that she feels like she’s pushing herself mentally whenever she’s trying to push her body at the gym, adding that her workouts help her clear her mind and get through bad days.
