Trampolining
If the thought of trampolines seems like something only for kids, then it’s time to think again. The sensation of bouncing super high is a wonderful feeling, and this fun activity is an excellent way to get your heart pumping. If you don’t have space for a trampoline then research in your area to see if there’s a center nearby with trampolines available to use.
Jump Rope
Another activity that might seem best suited to children, but it’s a great idea to try it out to see how enjoyable it is. You’ll also notice how quickly your heart rate increases and the feeling of your muscles enjoying a workout after a short while.
