These 15-Minute Workouts Will Keep You Fit Around A Busy Schedule

It’s easy to feel like you don’t have time to exercise during a busy week. Fortunately, you can maintain your fitness without having to spend loads of time on it. Here are 15-minute workouts that will keep you fit around a busy schedule.

High-Intensity Interval Training

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT training) is very useful for making some big cardio gains in a short space of time. If you have an exercise bike, you can do a three-minute warm-up, ten minutes of high-speed or high-resistance cycling, and 2 minutes cool down. The same model can be applied to running or any other form of cardio. This template will go a long way to keeping you fit even when you’re short of time.

Cardio Blast

A similar idea to HIIT training, a cardio blast is designed to get your heart up very quickly. For this workout, you could put on some music and do five minutes of jumping jacks, five minutes of burpees, and five minutes of high knees (or adapt to create a routine that suits you). This way, your workout will be adaptable and you can do it anywhere.

Quick Yoga

Yoga doesn’t always have to take a long time. If you are in a hurry, you could develop a yoga routine that you know will only take you 15 minutes. A combination of sun salutations, child’s pose, downward dog, cobra, and warrior will get you off to a good start and exercise the most important muscle groups. Daily yoga is also great for flexibility which will be good for you in later life.
