We all know that regular exercise is important, but many of us still find it to be a chore. This can make it super hard to find and keep the motivation to work out. A common piece of advice for trying to stay on track with fitness is to find a form of exercise that is enjoyable, but this can feel hard if you’ve tried many and still haven’t found one you love. If this sounds like something you struggle with, then here are some ideas for activities that are truly fun while also giving you a fantastic workout.

Hula Hooping

This is a super fun activity which you can do anywhere. You’ll be surprised how good exercise it is, offering your leg and stomach muscles an efficient workout and improving your core strength.

Trampolining

If the thought of trampolines seems like something only for kids, then it’s time to think again. The sensation of bouncing super high is a wonderful feeling, and this fun activity is an excellent way to get your heart pumping. If you don’t have space for a trampoline then research in your area to see if there’s a center nearby with trampolines available to use.

Jump Rope

Another activity that might seem best suited to children, but it’s a great idea to try it out to see how enjoyable it is. You’ll also notice how quickly your heart rate increases and the feeling of your muscles enjoying a workout after a short while.
