Push-ups are a classic bodyweight exercise that strengthens the chest, shoulders, triceps, and core muscles. Start in a plank position with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, palms flat on the ground, and arms fully extended. Lower your body by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your sides, until your chest nearly touches the ground. Push through your palms to raise your body back to the starting position.
